Christmas Card Templates | Christmas in July

FRONT

BACK

Hey all! I am already getting my Christmas Card templates set up! For a sneak peek, go to Jamie Cormier Photography's website (www.jamiecormierphotography.com) and Click on the top right toolbar "Client Viewing". Christmas Card templates are being loaded as I type! It's never too early to start planning which one you'll choose! :) Remember, you have a paper choice of card stock, pear (card stock with a metalic sheen), and textured linen. Scalloped cutting designs and rounded corners abound - the possibilities are endless!

Worth the Work | Alabama Delivery Room Photography

I feel so blessed that I was asked to photograph a baby delivery recently. It was one of the most AMAZING experiences as a photographer, and I'll never forget it. I had to constantly remind myself to stop tearing up and taking it all in and please, for the love of God, take pictures! It was unforgettable! Thank you, Adam & Lindsay for letting me be a part of Presley's Day!

"FaceTiming", just minutes after birth with her grandparents :)

...then making perfect eye contact with me, like she'd been here forever, not 10 minutes.

I love this because I said, "dad, can you kiss your daughter?" ...and BOTH men leaned in and did just that. Tear...

Long-legged lady! So many people love you already :)

This particular session is dear to my heart because Lauren is my dear friend! She and her husband are expecting their first child, and it was so special to be able to document the "before"...hopefully you will see a few "after" as well. Congratulations, friend!

How precious is this little family? I had a BLAST shooting this session. This sweet little girl is the FASTEST crawler I've ever seen! I am usually on the ground, running around, low in the grass/dirt getting shots, but I was filthy after trying to catch her preciousness. I had to turn my shutter speed way up just to keep up :) Totally worth it, don't you think?

Lately, I've been branching out, trying my hand at some sports photography. I tend to take a more artistic approach than the usual "team picture", but I think I'd be up for doing that, too. This session was primarily baseball, but I just finished up a swim session this week as well. I think it's so cool to catch things in motion - the ball off the bat, a splash during a stroke. It's amazing what abilities God has blessed us with, don't you think? Even from a young age, we are capable of so much! Hopefully, there will be much more sports photography to come!

Can I just say that this was the EASIEST duo I've ever photographed? Usually I have to take many many photos, just to assure myself I have a keeper, but after just one or two per setting, I knew I had a good one of these two. They are definitely the winners of "the least # of images on my camera after a session". You'd never know, though, right? Precious! Enjoy :)

Well, I'm finally getting this caught up! What a fantastic month we've had, and it's been FULL of fantastic sessions that I can't wait to blog about. This one was in Durham, and I LOVED having the opportunity to photograph this mother with her boys. Is there anything more loving than a momma's love? Enjoy the pics!
